Horrible customer service. DO NOT purchase from this company. They do not care about you as a customer and do not stand by their products. Trust me. After purchasing their RC Car for my 6 year old son's birthday gift, upon the second usage, it melted. I reported this malfunction to the company and after 3 WEEKS of email correspondence, they asked for photos of the damage, (what kind of company asks for photos) however I took the time and sent them photos. They issued an RMA and then refused refund or exchange of product. What a joke! Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Save your money and purchase from another company.
