Copps is always clean. They have a very good selection of produce, even organic. They have good sales, and some in-store specials that are great deals. Most of their staff is friendly and helpful. I like shopping at Copps on Ironwood Dr, as I know the layout and like what the store has available.

Terrible prices, long lines, customer service reps are rude and nasty, never enough cashiers on Fridays and Saturdays, rug doctor rental is a pain, employees aren't trained and basically said "sign here" and gave me my total; nothing about the $10 deposit that they surpised me with, nothing about the return time, and no personality whatsoever.

wonderful produce selection. some prices are a bit high but the quality is there.
