Absolutely first class from start to finish. My tile floors are fourteen years old, as is the grout. Other then me swabbing the tile once a month, the grout has never been cleaned. Needless to say, the grout was very dirty. Gene and his son came in and cleaned the grout and the tiles so well that I swear the floor looks as good now as the day we first moved into the house. I highly recommend Gene and GrimeBusters USA. They will definitely be my go to guys in the future.
