I brought a ring in for repair to have a stone replaced it was supposed to take two weeks it took seven weeks she told me they had to disassemble the entire ring and it was a hard fix when I picked it up she told me it was fixed I brought it home I wore the ring twice and the second time wearing it the stone was gone again I finally found the stone and brought the ring in the stone into her to be replaced and fixed again She told me I chipped he diamond how do you chip a diamond when you wore the ring twice ?? The second time is when the stone was gone. I found the stone she said it was my fault. She use the wrong stone the stone fell out and she�s blaming it on me that I chipped a diamond when it fell out of the ring driving a vehicle and fell on the seat. She is refusing to fix it saying it was my fault and that her work which is complete bullshit. I am now reading several reviews that they did the same exact thing year after year going all of that all way back to 2014

Horrible place took my mom's ring back 3 times, they do not guarantee their work. They said my mom abused the ring.. the ring is only 7 months old!!!!!!
