Called Family Golf and described the problem I was having. Cody, the Service Manager, offered to come to my house to check it out. Since we live within blocks we drove it over to his shop and within minutes he was able to diagnose what the issue was and fixed it for us. We will certainly go back to Family Golf for any other service we may need in the future. Thanks, Cody.
