I brought 2 of my upright vacuums in and my shampooer. 1 vacuum was repairable like new the other was beyond repair. So the rebuilt me a vacuum. And my shampooer was clogged but now it's as good as new. I'm very happy with their service. Thank you Sheri for your help and keeping me informed on the progress.

I recently took my vacuum in to get a new brush.the owner ck it out replace the belt.the price was very costly.I then took it home and plug it in and turn it on it made a horrible noise. So took it back and told him about it he then takes a look at it and says that I had suck up something and would have to replace the parts again .I then told him thats impossible because I never got the chance to use it he then starts to argue with me that i did the damage to it. So I told him I would nt be needing his services anymore. This store is very costly , and the owner is very, very cunning. . Please beware.

Don't take your sewing machine OR vacuum there. It took almost 5 weeks to get a part for my sewing machine, even though each week they said it would be in THAT week. Then, when it FINALLY comes in, I go to get it and they had CLOSED EARLY for a three day weekend that I NEEDED my sewing machine. Then, they have the nerve to call me and leave a message that I should come get my sewing machine as it's been sitting there over 30 days, when in actuality I BROUGHT it in over 30 days ago, but it had just arrived 3 days prior. Horrible customer service!

I took my very old Kenmore portable sewing machine into Vacuums R Us several months ago. Finally with holidays over, I finally got to use my machine today. I can't begin to put into words how happy I am with the repair and cleaning. It works like new again. This is the second time in probally seven years I have it into their shop. Both times has been such a pleasure. They do a great job. They will make your machine run like new, no matter how old. Thanks so much.
