I love this place. The service fast, professional, and friendly. They will bend over backwards to make sure you are satisfied.

I was in and out. Very nice. The process was very painless. What more could you ask for.

I would give tri-city 5 stars if their price didn't almost double. They are very friendly and fast. I've been bringing my three cars here for 11 years but, I no longer will. if you get a "fail" and need a retest you will the price of smog without certificate and then a retest fee.. My truck failed its OBD, it has to do with the sensor part of the smog. All my emission passed, but because tri-city DON'T want dome type of bad rating on their record its costing consumers like you and me $$$$.
Go to a "past or don't pay" location off Ethanac Rd & 215 fwy. They are also fast and friendly. I'm sorry tri-city but when you do customers wrong like this, well they leave.
P.s. the economy is not any better so don't get all greedy.
