Dr. Pumphrey always has his patients well being in mind. His work ethic is unmatched. He is a great doctor.

Doctor Pumphrey has been my son's doctor for over 2 years. He is excellent. He is very professional always makes time for his patients even after hours if you need him.

We wanted a Physician for our Children and found one in Dr Pumphrey, but he is really is more of a Salesman. Took both our Children to see Dr. Pumphrey in Menifee/Sun City yesterday. We have just moved into the area. While I do believe this doctor is sincere, we did not appreciate seeing Multi-level marketing materials for health products in the exam room. We also did not appreciate the 30-minute convoluted sales pitch on purchasing health and vitamin supplements and the story on how i could ONLY obtain these VITAL items through his office for just under $10 month. He was very assertive about having both my wife and I taste each product. We will not return to Dr. Pumphrey. I do not appreciate the sales of supplements or vitamins from a annual child check up. Being a Regional Sales Manager myself for another Industry, I started to do the numbers, If he sees 20-30 patients a day and gets just one parent to buy into to his supplement racket at $10 per month, he is increasing his revenue by $50 a week every month... this compounds with prior patients still paying their $10/month. This Doctor is potentially bringing in more revenue selling supplements than he is charging Medical Insurance Companies for seeing his patients. He likely is a very competent physician, but we were over-whelmed with his constant and assertive Sales performance/routine.

In 1996 my son was born at 28 weeks gestation. before He could leave Loma Linda they wanted to know who his pediatrition was I had chose Dr. P. He was well know by the other ped Drs at Loma Linda .....Let me just tell you that to this day we still go to Dr. P...we drive over 40 miles to get there. I also have a daughter that was premie and she is also a patient of Dr Charles Pumphrey

We have been going to Dr. Pumphrey since 2001, when my first child was only 1 1/2. Since then I have had 2 other children and now I take all 3 of them for all of their medical needs to Dr. Pumphrey. He is the absolute BEST doctor for my children's needs. He is very knowledgeable as well as kind, and I love that he is not just a "drugs-fix-all" kind of doctor, like most other doctors. He is always coupling medication that he must prescribe with "natural" type remedies as well. It always works. If I have a pressing emergency off-hours, with my children, I can call his voice mail and he will return my call fairly quickly. His office staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable as well. Like Dr. P, they seem to often go the extra mile to make sure that all my questions and concerns are answered. The office is clean and kept, and very nice to be in. My children always feel comfortable in Dr. Pumphrey's care, and I am truly, truly grateful that I found such an exceptional doctor to help me take the best care of my children. We will never go anywhere else.
