I'd never buy a unit here due to the Board of Directors and their intrusive and heavy handed management. My Mother wanted to have a few ladies into her condo for a Norwex party (natural cleaning products) and similar to a Tupperware party. She received a letter from the BOD stating she would be fined and if she didn't pay the fine, they would put a lien on her condo + she would have to pay attorney fees and court cost. You can buy your own unit there but who wants to be told how they can live their life, especially with such ugly threats.
