We had cancelled our pool service to save costs but after not being able to keep up with it due to a rainy week and the pollen in the air the water turned green and we decided to go back to them. The technician they sent out did a poor job of cleaning it and didn't return to finish the cleaning. I called the office and they told me the technician was fired and the new technician would take care of it and get the pool cleaned. The new technician is here adding chemicals as I write this. Although I had a bad situation last week this is not common with this company. The young lady who answered the phone was very professional (even with my frustration) and assured me there would be no extra charges for shocking the pool again. I have had no other problems before and would recommend this company.

this company did not put chemicals in my pool regularly which ultimately led to it turning green and costing $400+ to fix the problem... I would not recommend this company to anyone

Waterworks is the only company my family trust and use,we make a BIG,HUGE mistake using another company here in sumter s.c as Eric at Waterworks wasnt avaliable at the time spending over $21,000 for a pool with nothing but problums from day one.please before you put a pool in make sure you do your homework if you would like to know more information on what company i used please e-mail me at saraluoma01@hotmail.com i be gald to share photos and talk about what went wrong.
