Great company with outstanding products, service and especially the people! Steve was great! He did not try to up sell me anything I didn't need, but explained all of my options very clearly. After the Dicks Heating team installed my high efficient gas furnace and air conditioning, my utility bills have decreased and the overall comfort has improved dramatically! The 10 year parts and labor warranty give me peace of mind! There is a reason they have been around so long. They have a customer for life!

In Decr 09 my furnace stop working. It was starting but not blowing air. I called Dick's Heating and A/C. They "fixed" the problem by installing a new igniter costing me almost 400 dollars. The repairman told me that the best thing was to buy a new furnace which they could sell me for about 4,000 dollars. My furnace is only 11 y/ o so I did not think that buying a new furnace was a good decision. I paid him for the repair and he told that the "repair" was under waranty. A few weeks later the furnace stop working again, same problem. I called the company, the same repairman came and with no additional parts had the furnace working again. Once again he tried to convince me to purchase a new furnace. When I told him that I felt that my furnace needed to be repair not replaced he gave me an invoice for 50 dollars. I reminded him that the repair was under waranty. He told me that the problem this time was not the part that he replaced during the first visit.

I had this company come out and check my furnace, my ducts and my dryer vent. The tech was very knowledgable and educated me about my furnace and how it works. Explained how to change the filters and the need for them to be changed on a regular basis. I had my ducts and dryer vent cleaned and done for a great price as they are having a spring special, Andrew was very respectful of my home and did an excellent job. I have read the reviews on here and felt I had to write what great service I received! I have already recommended this company to several friends and I know they will be just as happy as I am! Put in new heater under house. Dented and bent water pipe, did not complete permit requirements, did not remove old furnace from under house. Had inspections done after install (electric and permit), failed both. When I called to let them know, denied they were responsible, but did eventually come to make repairs. I went under the house with them and photographed them working. Inspectors came back and said they did not put in adequate support for the bent water pipe. This was not quality work and the lack of responsibility was disappointing. Will never use them again or refer others to them.
