Now open and newly renovated Chesters Tavern. After nearly a 2 years hiatus we were finally able to open. Originally we were going to do a small renovation, and open back up pretty quickly. However, as you may know, the place needed serious work. After about 6 months into the project, we decided to do a full rehab on the building. Fun fact, the only original item remaining is the deck pizza oven which is over 30 years old and still creating that original Chicago style tavern pizza.
