If I could have given SOS 0 stars and still write a review I would have. Set appointment for between 10-12 and tech called at 10:30 to say he was running late, I had to call him again at 3:30 and he didn't answer. At 5pm called and said he was stuck in traffic, then at 6pm claimed his car broke down but I would be the first call of the day. Next day I tried to call him at 8:45am on his cell phone and his phone was turned off. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE THIS COMPANY - THEY MOST LIKELY WILL NOT SHOW UP!
