I called to try and get an appointment for my (18 month) child to be seen here for a possible ear infection. The office staff stated that the doctor said she could not diagonsis babies. They have to be seen by the pediatric doctor in town. Well, If the office staff would have listened she would have known that the pefiatric doctor is backed up because they are short staffed. What kind of family doctor doesn't diagnose babies???? Could it possibly be that I am on medicaid, while I am in college studing to become a dr?? It seems like that is were the problem started.. I thought a true doctor is suppose to care about the sick not about the money.
