I commissioned Smith and Sons to make 5 knives for my sons for Christmas. The first 4 knives were beautiful. The fifth knife, however was poorly done. When I stopped by the shop to show them the difference in the kinives and ask for it to be redone properly, I was told to "Get out of here!" I could not believe the unprofessional outburst or lack of support for their product. Beware- you may get a lovely knife or you may leave with a really bad feeling about this business.
