I went through Mike's Carwash and right after I noticed I had tiny hairline scratches all over my car. I went and told the manager and filled out a form. I didnt even receive a phone call! They acted like they could care less. Then the new location on Cities Service Hwy opened. I figured id give this location a chance.... negative! Before I went in the wash... I used their bug removing station... my hands starting burning from the wash... the next day they were peeling. Plus a huge scratch appeared all down the back of my car. No need to tell them about it though because they will just try to say it was already there and they cannot do anything for me.

Do not waste your time with Mike's. Their car wash scratched the hood of my car up to the very back of it.
