Ok. This is our local Chilies. Went today at lunch. Hostess said it would be a 20 min wait. Ok sure will sit at bar and have a cocktail . Nope. She said. Can't do it. Yes they were busy but never heard of such.. we were in no hurry. We would have been happy to sit and have a cocktail and wait ... Disappointed!!!

Decided to Chili's in Sulphur after a disappointing experience with the one in Lake Charles. This wasn't much better. Our server was nice, but the food was subpar. Husband's burger was fine, but fries were cold & hard. My tilapia was hot, but the rice was half cold & broccoli was was under cooked; basically still raw & crunchy. There may have 10 people in the entire restaurant, & it took 45 minutes just to get served. No more Chili's in this area for us; both disappointed.

We went to chili's last night. We enjoyed our food but the chips and salsa was not enjoyed. The chips were dripping with grease. When we asked for a different basket of chips they served us not only greasier chips but the oil it was fried in tasted old like it hasn't been changed in awhile. We barely complained the first time and didn't bother the second time because we knew it would help to do so.

They always have specials going on. I love it. The food is to die for and the drinks are above and beyond!!!

ITS A AWESOME PLACE TO DINE AT!!!
