I have a friend who had this person for a bankruptcy lawyer and I'm well aware of all that has progressed in the length of time (over a year) that this person dealt with in regards to the service of Irvin Zwibelman. Irvin kept blowing off appointments, phone calls and not following through with promises. He also kept stalling the opportunity for my friend to accept another job by claiming it would disrupt the bankruptcy proceedings. Then out of the blue, Irvin informs my friend that he does not do Chapter 13 bankruptcies. Irvin was well aware of all the details of my friend's case and wasted his time and money. I WOULD NOT recommend using this lawyer for ANY bankruptcy situations.
