Unreal! The price they quoted me over the phone (after measuring) was $120 more when the bill arrived. The owners, also the installers, were incredibly rude. I was made to feel very uncomfortable in my own home. To add insult to injury, they left the old carpet and pad behind without my knowledge. BTW, they didn't say bye, we're done, everything ok...Nothing! I didn't even know they were leaving until I heard the engine start, crazy!

I called and asked the receptionist to have the owner call me to discuss leaving the old carpet behind and guess what, I haven't heard a thing. I can only assume that they were angry because I purchased a wood floor from a competitor after asking them for a specific wood they didn't have. To be fair, they did try. I don't get it, surely I'm not required to buy everything from them. I honestly have never seen a business act so unprofessionally. It's very disappointing and even a bit unsettling. I can honestly say I've never seen anything like it
