Rachel Walton completed her bachelor’s of science in nursing from Millikin University in Decatur. She earned her Master of Science in nursing education from Benedictine University in Lisle and her post master’s certificate as a family nurse practitioner from Maryville University of Saint Louis in St. Louis.
