We have been boarding our Molly at Cheramar for nearly 6 years and highly recommend this kennel. Sharon, who is amazing at her job, is very accommodating and treats our girl like she were her own! A wonderful place with a caring, wonderful woman who takes great care of the animals that are under her supervision.

Cheramar Kennel is a beautiful and safe setting for our dogs home away from home.
We have been using this family run kennel for the last twenty years with our
four different dogs.
Cheramar goes above and beyond the normal care for dogs. There have been times that our dogs were in the kennel on their birthdays and the owner literally had a birthday party for them, singing and all. As our dogs aged, they required extra care, including distribution of their medicine which has never been a problem.
I constantly ask the owner for advice about our dogs because she is so knowledgeable with her many years of experience and also very kind to my family and to our dogs who are treated as if they are part of her family.
Cheramar Kennel is meticulously clean and it is quite
comforting to know that our dogs are safe because there is always someone present to attend their needs as the kennel is at their home. I would very highly recommend this kennel!

Just returned from a last minute weekend trip and the owner Sharon could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Really love that the kennels are inside of her home with plenty of outside space and daily walks as well. Our golden retriever enjoys staying here and is always happy and healthy when we pick her up - Sharon makes us feel very comfortable leaving our girl in her wonderful care!

We just picked our babies up from Cheramar Kennel, and boy do they love being there! We had an impromptu visit, out of town, and not only were Sharon and her family able to care for our boys, last minute, they also nursed our older guy, who was ill when we left town. I'm embarrassed to say that we called many, many times, to see how our big guy was feeling. And yet, each and every phone call was answered with kind patience and understanding. The owner's knowledge and loving kindness is simply astounding! We totally understand why Cheramar's clients are life-long clients. I can tell that we will also be as loyal.

Cheramar Kennel is a beautiful and safe setting for our dogs home away from home. I have complete piece of mind when I board my pet at Cheramar Kennel! The owner is smart, conscientious, and thorough. My pet is safe and sound at Cheramar. What a great place!

Cheramar Kennel is the best kennel I have ever been to. I have been boarding here for years and would never go anywhere else. My dogs and cat love it. The kennel is located in a gorgeous rural area inside the owner's beautiful log home. The grounds and kennel are beyond immaculate. I love the fact that it is literally inside the home where the owner and her family live. The kennel has trails on the property which the dogs are walked on several times daily, that my dogs love! My cat has his very own cat room! I think my dogs and cat get more attention at the kennel than they do at home with their "Aunt Sharon" taking care of them.

The care is great and the owner is very personable and honest. I am glad that I have a kennel so wonderful to leave my pets at. I do not have to worry while I am away.
