I recently purchased living room furniture from Andreas. I could not be happier with the quality of furniture and service I received. Like the other reviewers, I had a service issue, but I found that Andreas went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I ordered my first set of leather sofas. They arrived beautiful and comfortable as expected, but had a very strong odor. I notified Andreas immediately. We were very pleased with the look and feel of the sofas and were hoping the smell would dissipate. When it still persisted after a few months they graciously agreed to return the sofas for a store credit. Cleat, the service professional who came to my house, was kind and treated me with respect. Rachel in sales was also wonderful to work with. She was very helpful with design advice and finding materials that would be family friendly. My new living room set has just arrived and it is fantastic. I will definitely purchase from Andreas again. My parents have purchased several pieces from them over the years and have also been very pleased. It is well worth the drive from Columbus. They have a large selection and I have found their pricing to be better than local retailers.

I've bought a LOT of furniture here for 20+ years, but in the past 5 years their quality has dropped dramatically and their service department is awful. I bought a leather chair and right after it was delivered, I noticed 2 holes poked into the top by the chair frame. I called right away, they came the next day and unfortunately, the next morning the pets I was fostering got into that room and put 2 scratches on the back of the chair, so I was stuck with it. I knew that and didn't dispute it. What I didn't expect was the tirade and YELLING I got from the service guy, it was so over the top, I was just stunned.. I asked him to leave and called the store to talk to the service manager. He was nice, but it was water under the bridge by then. If you buy here, look over every piece when they bring it.

I wanted to buy my wife a dining room table and chairs for Christmas. I went to Andreas Furniture in Sugarcreek Ohio. I worked with two different sales people, Leonard and Steve. Both were very helpful and made the buying process completely painless.

My problems started a week ago when the table was delivered. One of the chairs was a little wobbly. I moved it around the house in different rooms and it was still wobbly. I immediately called my salesman and he advised me that it was not a problem and they would get me a new chair. I just had to call back on Monday and speak to service.

Monday morning I called service and was basically told there was no possible way the chair was wobbly and it had to be my floors. I tried to explain that I moved the chair around, but was told that the chairs are leveled on a metal platform and it had to be my floors, but they would come and fix it in 2 weeks.

I was really not happy with being told that every room in my house was not level, so I called back to complain. They transfered me to the Service Manager. According to me, they hung up on me, according to them, the transfer did not work. Same thing, end result, I was hung up on.

I finally spoke with the service manager. He apologized and promised to get me a new chair on saturday. I was happy with his response and was pleased with his customer service.

Now comes saturday. The truck arrives with my new chair. This should be a 2 minute simple transfer of the wobbly chair for the new chair. Should!! The driver brings in my new chair and I give him the wobbly chair. He sets it in the back of the truck and says, I don't know, it's level in my truck. There is really no way they can't be level, we put them on a metal platform. Needless to say,I am VERY angry. The new chair sits perfectly with no wobble. So, I am happy my 1800.00 dining room is good to go, but Andreas Furniture and their customer service is horrible. We will be in the market for a new bedroom set and living room set. It will NOT be purchased at Andreas. I am pretty sure I would get treated better at WalMart!
