Provided by YP.comUnresponsive, rude Government employees and unaccountable Government agency. As a witness to an incident at the post office, 225 Matlage Way is the worst managed post office both with mail delivery and in person service. When a customer came at the window counter and complained about mail delivery issues and lost packages, a USPS male employee named Mathew Scaria became irate, responded in abusive, condescending manner toward the complaining customer. Refused to assist or resolve the customer issue. As the argument progressed between the USPS employee and
the customer, Mathew Scaria became aggressive and assaulted the customer by throwing or forcing some kind object at the complaining customer.
USPS employee created a unsafe and uncomfortable environment for the customer. Exhibited violent, threatening, crude behavior to the customer.
Waste of tax payer dollars yet unaccountable government organization.
If seeking competence, trustworthy and reliable service, seek service from a non-governmental organization.

Provided by YP.comHorrible customer service and very rude mail carriers from 225 MATLAGE WAY post office. No one acknowledges complaint and concerns. Recurring problems. Long wait to connect with a representative over the USPS 800 phone line. Long wait to receive response for complaints to get resolved. Received a call a month later in the attempt to resolve the issue. Mails received are wet, damp, tampered with. Contents torn, ripped apart, crammed in the mailbox. Lost packages, packages left and thrown outside the front yard. Would rather go to UPS and fedex and have all of my mail delivered that way than have to drive again to this unprofessional mis-managed post office. Does not respect customer time. Incompetence grandeur and barely mediocre service!

Provided by YP.comPostal workers rude, slow and irresponsible. Long wait and long lines to get things done. Lack of urgency in resolving issue. Delayed delivery, lost mails and damaged packages.

Provided by YP.comPostal employees at the post office uses profanity, vulgar ghettoesque language in front of customers. Takes much effort, time to receive a resolution for an issue. Most of the postal employees at the post office does not seem to speak or understand English. Language barrier issue. Unresponsive, not knowledgeable about services, products and clerk gave a long blank stare when asked questions. Long wait in queue and understaffed.

Provided by YP.comPersistently poor customer service, inconsistent and unreliable service, much delayed mail delivery service and sometimes non-delivery of mails, recurring issues of misplaced incorrect addressed mails, lost mails, damaged/tampered mails, shoves in oversized packages to fit inside mailbox and irresponsibly damages the mails, holding of regular mails at the post office by mail carrier without any authorization or consent of recipient, rude, unhelpful and incompetent non-English speaking postal carriers and clerks; condescending, intimidating, and uncooperative demeanor of Government supervisor officers at the USPS post office; unresponsive, evasive, dismissive, uninterested approach in resolving customer concerns at the post office. Demonstrated unapproachable, uncaring, unrelatable attitude. Lacks a sense of urgency in problem resolution or courtesy in treating customer with respect. Does not value customer time or trust. Poor value for the money, unsatisfactory, unacceptable and below mediocre service. Very disappointing and burdensome experience. Unhappy customer.
