Don't come here for your state inspection unless you want an incompetent owner who doesn't know how to use their equipment properly. Owner tried 3 times to test gas cap and got a failure which I thought was strange because it's a new car. Owner refused to test again because he had an appointment or something else and did not take the time to properly test. I had to come back another day when a capable tech was around to do the test right. Owner called me hard headed for coming back to test again. When the tech passed it on the first try, owner refused to apologize and continue to make accusation about me switching out the gas cap or something like that. Horrible customer service from the owner. Only reason they even deserve 1 star is because the tech that works for the owner actually knows how to use the testing equipment properly. Owner is a real asshat.
