The other night we were watching TV and all of a sudden I hear this loud banging sound coming from the kitchen. I go running in and realize that it is coming from the laundry room. Our Samsung Washing machine was banging against the wall and shaking like crazy. I did not know what to do so I shut it down immediately, and called Sugar Land Appliance Repair first thing in the morning. The Washing machine had vibrating so violently that it damaged the wall next to the machine. The repair man Vince arrived and we showed him the unit. He examined it for a little while, and them he came and found me. He showed me how the drum had broken loose from the stabilizer bar and that is what caused the machine to vibrate so violently. Vince said he could order the parts and have out machine up and running in a few days. My wife is really in love with this machine so I gave him the go ahead to do the work. His estimate seemed reasonable. After he left I went on line and did some research and discovered that his estimate was very reasonable for the work being done. Vince came back a few days later and fixed our Samsung Washing machine. It seemed like a big job. It took him a couple of hours. It has been running fine ever since. We had to hire a contractor to fix the wall where the washing machine damaged it. Vince did a great job, and the final bill seemed very reasonable for all the work that was done. Sugar Land Appliance Repair is a great company. They always do a great job, and it is always very reasonable. I recommend you give them a try.

We have had a Kenmore dishwasher for a few years now, and it has always been a decent machine, very few problems with it. It is not really high tech, and it leaves spots, but for the most part it does a pretty good job, but recently we have noticed that the water does not completely drain from the bottom of the dishwasher right away. It lays in there for a while before it drains. Not real crazy about the possibilities of mold forming. So I gave Sugar Land Appliance Repair a call. I have used these guys a couple of times before, and I am always impressed by how professional and affordable they are. Once again I was not disappointed. They got me an appointment the same week. The technician Vince was very friendly and knowledgeable. Turns out the dishwasher was not draining right. Vince fixed it right up and the price was very reasonable. These guys are great! I have recommended them to all of my friends and family and I have heard nothing but positive things from the people I know who have given them a try.
