Sugar Land, TX location-Geena which sits at the front desk has a horrible attitude, demonic presence, and not a people person at all. I went in for a consultation and after being measured and questioned about my health. I told her about the commercial advertising. She then relayed to me that it would cost 10 times more. After telling her it was not within my budget. She shrugged her shoulders without any other options to assist me. I got up from my chair to leave and reached out for a handshake to thank her, she completely turned away and open the door. As Geena silently told me to get the hell out, I walked away. Steer clear of Geena at the front desk in Sugar Land, TX. Horrible attitude-she obviously does not enjoy being there.

I continue to be disgusted with this place. This is an absolute scam. It is nothing more then a sales center disguised as a physician assisted weight loss center to push their horrible tasting food and supplements. They do not have medically trained professionals. They dress in scrubs but do not be fooled. They are NOT medical professionals. They will tell you to buy their food and you can exchange it if you don't like the taste. LIES!!!! YOU CANNOT EXCHANGE. THEY WILL NOT TAKE ANYTHING BACK OR EXCHANGE ANYTHING. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEY WILL MAKE YOU FEEL BAD ABOUT YOURSELF WHEN YOU DON'T USE THEIR PRODUCTS. Save yourself the time and the money. Stay away from this place. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF CON ARTISTS.
