They are very professional and do beautiful work. My only complaint is this: they replaced the fence along the entire length of one side of our property and had them add a gate at the front end at a 90 degree angle to close in the backyard. After about a year, the fence began to lean slightly and got to the point where the gate would no longer latch to the fence. [This allowed our dog to escape twice (thankfully we found her the first time and someone returned her to us the second time), and of course having a gate you can't latch and lock, makes it very easy for just anyone to come into your backyard, which is a security issue.] I wrote a letter and left two messages with the company, and never got a response back from them. So, for that, I am disappointed in the company.
