Dr.Bhala is a hardworking, highly knowledgeable and very caring doctor. But there is a long wait time, be prepared for that. Head Nurse Dora is sufficient. The Billing lady ALLY is HORRIBLE person. She does not do her job properly. She does not claim the medical insurances properly and sometimes she claims same items twice. I was with Rachna Bhala for all through my pregnancy and for my delivery which ended up in a C Sec.

During my Pregnancy I had series of issues, being hospitalised twice in 5th and 6th month. I must say howmuch ever I hated waiting in the office of Rachna Bhala she is a very good OB-GYN. I really know that whatever issues I had she had proper info for me and great diagnosis. She handled my Csec very well too. I'd like to write more. But short of time.
