Scheduled appointment for email promotion for $14.99 package 2 weeks in advance & was advised the studio needed a "promotion code" before the session date.Spoke to studio associates 2 times before session date & was never advised I was required to pay for the $14.99 package in advance.On the second call 1 day before the session I asked the associate if they needed the "promotion code" they stated they needed but the associate said "you can give it on the day of the session".No associate EVER stated that I had to pay for the session before I actually came in to have pictures taken nor did any associate EVER state that I had to pay for the session to RECEIVE a "promotion code" email with the code UNTIL the day of my session & then it was too late!! This is AFTER I spent 2 1/2 hours getting my 2 children ready for pictures by shoping for the perfect outfits & getting them ready!!! REALLY?!!! Horrible communication and the Supervisor was absoultely NO HELP at all!! Never Going Back!!!!!!!!
