I was suprised to actually have a good time tree shopping. A great environment with mature, knowledgeable, young men willing to HELP!! I now send my family here to Big Tex whether they need small stuff or those HUGE amazing palms. Great business experience overall! I wish I could give 6 stars.

We have been dealing with them on many occasions. They provide us with excellent service and the staff is very knowledgeable which is why we continue to come back!

First time I am buying big tree and found out that they are selling $80 tree for $500, called 4 times for cancellation and got no response. First time I went there and told them I needed help, but got no help but being cheated and signed for purchase. They refuse to cancel my purchase and get my refund. Very dishonest business and not trustworthy. If you want to pay way more than you should, go there, otherswise, stay away fro this place.

If you want great customer service and super high quality trees, go see Jeff McQueen at Big Tex Trees on highway 6 in Sugarland. He is very knowledgable, follows though on his orders and goes ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure his customers are happy!!!

I buy most of my plants and trees from Big Tex Nursary in Sugar Land. I keep going back and every time I get great service from Jeff and his colleagues. My five stars for Jeff and the Big Tex Nursery.

I purshased a "purple-leafed-plum" tree in Jan 2013, When no foliage was to be expected. That tree was hopelessly root bound and never leafed-out in the spring, I inquired about tis in March and was told to wait another month. Finally I returned to the same (Conroe) store and observed that all of the trees in the batch from which mine had been purchased were either already dead or dying. My request for a refund is currently beeing denied.
