I've been there a few times and had never had a problem, until today. I was told by the rude staff that Amy is no longer the owner. There was a communication problem and instead of the manager addressing the issue she handed the phone to me, the client. Amy where are you, I cannot belive the experience I had. This would not had happened if Amy was there. The do not handle problems in a professional manner.

I love love love this place. It's next to a starbucks, which is also full of great people. Nathan is my guy, he takes such good care of me. The staff is wonderful, very happy and friendly. Theres no way you can get bad service here, if you do then you need to take a step back and look at what you're doing. I came here shortly after they opened and I will never go anywhere else.
