When I first started going to this clinic I got great service. I am sorry to say this is not the case. This place is very, very expensive and the front staff are rude. They put you on hold before you even have a chance to say its ok, and you don't even get to see the doc anymore unless you happen in when they are there--which isn't all the time. I am finding a new vet and fast. Today I called for an appt. and they put me on hold and never came back... I deserve better so do my wonderful pets.
