Sonic, Sugar Creek, Mo, Store 174, cashier Veronica, chk 47, date of incident 1/8/17 at 10:50am. I was only person in the drive thru. Ordered drink and corn dog. Immediately got drink, paid and waited over 6 minutes for the dog then I tapped on my horn lightly to let her know I was still there, She looks at me and continues what she is doing though there were no patrons. I honked again and same thing so the third time I LAID on the horn and she came to the window with attitude, saying "What? What do you need?" I said I am still waiting on my corn dog. She turns around, grabs the bag and gives it to me. No sorry it took so long, no sorry for your wait. nothing. I asked if it was hot and she barked back " Of course! It is fresh!" I told her I didn't understand the attitude but I didn't like it and I would like to talk to the manager and she responded that she wasn't there so I asked for manager name and she said was Samantha. I asked for the district manager name and number. She refused it. Then some big, burly, trashy female bellies up to the window making sure her name tag is covered, also with a huge attitude and says " What? What is the problem? What do you need?" I asked who she was and she said "the manager" I asked if she was Samantha. She said " I am the manager, what do you need?" I humored her lying self and told her I had waited a long time for the dog, was ignored and spoken to rudely. With a huge attitude and elevated voice she says "It takes 4 min to make the dog and I had to let it cool because it was too hot" I had never heard of that before and told her I am there all the time and the fryer is always hot so 2 min max for a dog. She shrugged her shoulders as if to say "AND, so what?" She yelled at me to never come back there again and I told her to screw herself and to get me the district managers name and number. She said she was the manager to which I told her that no one of her caliber owns this place so get me someone above her, whomever signs her minimum wage paychecks. She refused and locked the window and the door. There was a line forming now. I refused to move until I get the info. I heard her yell " That B*tch don't know it but I called the F**king police. I sat there until they arrived and the officer offered to get me the info I had requested and all she gave him was that locations phone number. Here is the truly sad part. I have called the corporate office 5 times now, on the day of the incident, 1/10/17, 1/12/17,1/16/17 and today with promises of call back from someone and the complaint being escalated to upper management and nothing which would indicate that this type of behavior is acceptable to them and that they have no problem with the representation of the company that the employees of this location provides. Sadly, customer service is a dying concept and the entitled, disrespectful behavior of much of todays youth is now prevalent and acceptable. Disgusting. I will continue my campaign to get someone to acknowledge the horrible two employees I dealt with on that day. Persistence is a huge virtue that I proudly possess.

This restaurant has always been very friendly and worked hard to get me my food fresh and on time. Many people do not realize the amount of time and effort the staff actually put in to make mine and yours experience one of quality. Be patient and polite. Its just food :D
