They continued to raise rates but can't even have the decency to provide water to customers let alone their employees! I was a customer for years I complained numerous times about issues I had with rodent droppings and temperatures not being constant even though they advertise climate control. Before I left I complained to the manager victor who acted like he didnt give a sh!t and was too busy for me. That was the final straw I decided to take my $350 elsewhere and move out. STAY AWAY ExtraSpace is in Mahwah right across the border!

Location is easy to get to (right off the Thruway - 14B). I bought moving boxes and other supplies at good prices. If you are storing or moving clothes check out the wardrobe box - works great.

I moved in using a truck. They have a loading dock on one side of the building which made it easy. Building has heat and A/C which is great for some of the furniture being stored.

Place is clean and the people in the office I spoke to were helpful.

Good experience so far. I'd recommend it.
