The shower faucet cartridge went bad in my apartment. I needed a good plumber & after reading numerous reviews, I decided upon Elite Plumbing. I called on a Sunday and spoke with a nice lady who took my message. Early Monday morning John returned my call. He was very easy to work with regarding making time for this repair right before Thanksgiving. He has knowledge of these old apartment buildings, which can be tricky and a colossal pain to work in. He was able to take the faucet apart and then went out to buy the part for the replacement. The faucet is working in my shower again and John made sure to show me that it's functioning. He is very laid back, friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. The cost was extremely reasonable. I will contact John at Elite Plumbing if I ever need anything fixed and I have already recommended him to other people. You can't go wrong hiring this company.

My toilet tank had external leaking issue when I came back from vacation. So I called Elite Plumbing. They sent someone over and the issue seemed to be fixed. However, after the plumber left, I found toilet tank started having a new problem, which it didn't have before -Every 15 minutes, the tank would refill itself. I called them again and made an appointment. They missed the first appointment. I called again and made another appointment. The guy came over but did not fix the problem. He came over again, still did not fix the problem. I later called twice to ask them to send someone to fix the leaking issue. After all, it was their fault, they need to take responsibility for it. But they never returned my call. Well, I paid whatever amount of money they asked for their 'services' (there was a pricey $140 service charge), plus a little tips. Even when they couldn't fix the internal leaking issue. I still paid again for the parts cost. As a customer I did what I could. However, as a service provider, my impression was that Elite Plumbing did not seem to concern about service quality or customer satisfaction. Money seems to be the only concern for them. I don't know what to say or what to do with my toilet tank. Go and find another plumber, pay more $dollars$, to fix the this plumber's faulty work?
