Provided by YPmobileFood was not cooked to order. Server did not verify food before bringing food to table. Manager did not apologize for inconvience, staff did not try to exceed customer expectations. Food was not cooked to order, I refused them the opportunity to retry and was still charged for the soft drink. What customer service!!
