My name is Todd barnhardt from Affordable Appliance Repair. I'm writing this because it was bought to my attention that my name was put on a negative review. I didn't follow behind Dobbins Appliances Repair. We do not work the same area. This review is not true.

Worst service experience of my life. My dishwasher quit working called them out and after diagnosing it and waiting forever for parts they finally returned.

After they left my dishwasher leaked all over the floor and had a burning electrical smell.

I turned off the breaker and called Affordable Appliance Repair and Todd not only had the knowledge but also had the parts to fix it right then and there.

Never use this company.

If I could give no stars I would. Eric the tech is nice. Scheduling, pats order and everything else is horrible. Been without stove since two weeks before thanksgiving. So much for there 7-10 guarantee.. If you need something fixed fast go somewhere else. They don't return phone calls and always have an excuse, system down, short staffed, booked etc. absolutely horrible service!!!

This company's technician "diagnosed" my appliance's issue. I think this company stays in business by misdiagnosing the client's appliance needs. Been out a full week and still it's not working. Why didn't I call Appliance Guys! They're so much better and truthful!!!!

they're not terribly good. we called them for a look at our washing machine. the technician said he'd have to order a part. four weeks later - after we had to call several times, and being given the run-around about what was supposed to happen next - they finally had the part and came to install it. seriously? and the fridge they repaired has more issues than before they came out. required by our warranty co. to use them. would love to

This is my second time using them. Both times have been terrible. The rating should be negative stars. They do not keep you informed and it has been 2 weeks since they were at my home and nothing. I did not choose them Sears did, I would not reccomend Dobbins, Sears or Kenmore.

If I could give less then 1 star I would. Almost a month since the service tech was out to my house and still no repair. Terrible customer service!!!!

Quick reliable service! Everyone from the office to the tech was very nice. Good job guys, would definitely recommend to anybody!

Worst service ever. Unreal the tech was rude and didn't even complete the job. Do not use!

It has been a nightmare , my home warranty company hired this company to repair my washer. Tech 1 came out and diagnosed the control board, weeks later another tech #2came out to switch the parts with a totally different part almost 30days into the repair another part ordered and the tech 2 came to repair the part and guess what it's the wrong part again. Details details details, and never once did the repair company make contact with us to keep us informed of the issues , unpredictable, unprofessional and I starting to wonder how they have been around the long?
