I would not order anything from March Equipment Inc. I talked to Christine today, 23 June 2011 at 2:30PM about my Price Quotes on her company website, and in her words, she told me... "at the end of the day, we normally handle orders of about $350 or more, and smaller ones fall by the wayside" ?



OK, now I understand. Small orders like my $188.80 order are ingnored, that includes customer emails, and website price quotes. That is why I never heard from them when I sent in a request at their own website, following their instructions for a Price Quote. I asked Christine," why doesn't your website mention any of this"?



Christine said, "look I don't have time to make 5 or 6 price quotes, their hard to do, and you can do them yourself"?



I cannot believe a company would actually tell a customer this.



This company does not deserve a negative star rating, but the system forced me to give them 1, but they don't deserve it.
