Our family has been seeing Dr loftus for about 10 years. We have been very satisfied. This is the first time we have had orthodontic care. again very professional.

Maureen is great with Spencer. Very patient. Dr. Loftus is good at explaining what is going on. We have been very pleased with the entire experience.

I brought my son in to see Doctor Loftus with a severe overbite. He was being made fun of at school and coming home upset everyday. I had been to a couple of other Orthodontists who told me they didn't even know if they could fix it but they could try. When I went to see Doctor Loftus he didn't hesitate in telling me he knew just what to do to fix the problem. He and his assistant Maureen really took care to make sure they did everything possible. My son got his braces removed today and his overbite is gone and his teeth look amazing. Doctor Loftus, Maureen, and his wonderful staff truly changed my son's life and I am so thankful to them all.

As parents, we experienced a fantastic experience with our son getting braces. From the time they were put on, to the time they came off, staff was always communicating with us throughout the entire process. If there were any issues with the braces needing adjustment, we were thankful for how easy it was to get in and get him taken care of. Thank you for making this a life changing experience for our son!

we generally enjoy our trips to the dentist , however the actual dentist seems to be extremely rushed most times. other than that great job.

I needed another set of braces due to the lack of care from another provider. Dr Loftus was very straight forward and gave my options for my treatment.

Always there when need from the biggest to the smallest of needs.

Very personable ... quickly put me at ease at my first visit! Never makes me feel like I'm 'in the way' and he needs to hurry to the next patient. Dr Jay always listens to my questions and answers them in such a way that I can understand.

Better experience then I have had in the past with dentist. I prefer this office over the other dental offices I have been too.

I have worked with Loftus Dental since 1987. I worked in Rapid City office for Dr. Ron Loftus for 8 years, then moved away for 2 years and came back to The Sturgis Loftus Dental where I have worked for Dr TJ Loftus for 18 years. Dr Jay Heeren now is practicing at Loftus Dental and has been a great asset. They treat their employees very well!! It has

been a blessing for me to work with Loftus Dental.
