I ordered flowers for my mom for valentines day through this place and imagine my surprise when my mom said she never received any. I checked my credit account and they had billed me for them the same day as the order. When I called them they said they were not able to deliver them and had made repeated phone calls to try to get them there. Both mom and I checked our voicemal and caller id and the florist's phone number was not there. I called them and they said they would give me a refund but after repeated attempts to get them to honor giving me my money back I am left with nothing. These are dishonest people and I think twice before doing business with them.
