I had the worst experience today at this Starbucks location. First of all there was NO organization when we walked in, and had no idea where the line started. Secondly, the place was a MESS!! There was spilled cream and sugar everywhere and dirty plates that sat there the entire hour I was there. Lastly, there were no jugs of half and half or cream available at the coffee bar. I went to ask for some and the worker said he would get them. He then started doing something else. I waited at least 5 more minutes before waiting again to ask. Upon asking again I was then handed the jug for ME to put out myself. There were at least 2 other employes that were standing around at this time. I am very easy going, but this service was so bad that it compelled me to sign up and write this. I will never go to that location again.
