In light of the recent failure to send important tax documents to me after they were received by RBC 2 months ago and the latest Chase letter stating they have informed me of a decision as well as RBC, but RBC has failed to inform me of any such decision nor have I received any documents, it is apparent that RBC has grossly neglected my case and continues to do so.

I am formally demanding a full refund of moneys paid to RBC for failure to represent my interest and a complete and irresponsible disregard and neglect of my case.
