Explains each situation thoroughly and works to make sure that any unexpected repairs are done quickly and efficiently for a fair price AND he and his team always leave the place spotless. I can't begin to say enough great things about Britannia, great people, great services and they even love my dog - what more can you ask for?!?!!?!
