I have worked with Door Doctor of Martin County for over 2 years and have always been pleased with their responsiveness.

Terrible experience. I was given a quote for the services I needed and told it would take a few days to get the parts in. After a week I hadn't heard back so I called and was told they were still not in. A week after that the person came out, did the work and tried to charge twice the amount that was quoted. When I reminded him of the quoted price he told me that he was thinking of someone else's job. I paid the originally agreed upon amount. A few days later I noticed that the job had not been done properly. When I followed up with the company I was told that the person who did the work no longer worked there, I wasn't charged enough and I would have to pay them more for them to come out and do it properly. This is a very poorly run business that can not be trusted.
