Just a note: This company should have NO STARS! Had carpet and flooring installed in our entire home and it is all coming up! Within 6 months the carpet was bubbling up and coming away from the walls! The transtition strips from our laminate to the carpet are all off as well! There are exposed carpet tacks that we cut our feet on all of the time and they left nails sticking up! We tried several times to have them come out and restretch our carpet and noone ever answers the phone. When you leave messages, they never call back. When I finally did get someone to return my call, they complained that I took too long to call them and then argued with me that it was my fault! They said they'd call in a week to set up an appointement and never did. I finally called them back 6 weeks later and got the machine again! I'm now going to have to pay someone else to come out and stretch my carpets and fix my transtitions strips! Do not waste your time or money with this company!!! THE MANAGEMENT IS POOR, and they DO NOT STICK BY THEIR WORK!
