Joe's home appliance was contracted by my home warranty to fix my refrigerator. They were notified on a Monday, their earliest day they could schedule me was the following Thursday late afternoon because they were "real busy", and then they never showed up for this appointment! I called several times both on Thursday and again on Friday morning only to be greeted by a recorded message saying that they were not available (like the kind of message you put on your home phone).
Then I called my home warranty company back and they also could not reach these part-timers, so they set me up with Sears Service. If I could give "Joe" zero stars I would.

This is the best authorized Samsung repair service I have ever used for in home repair in Trumbull and Mahoning county Ohio

Joes home appliance was contracted out by samsung to fix my refrigerator. They showed up to look at it, came in, we're very short with me, just took a glance at my fridge, said they had to order parts and left. In and out in less than five minutes. I asked a few questions, got barely an answer, and they were gone.



Heard from them two days later and they said the part would be in the next day. They knew I had just lost a lot of food and Memorial Day weekend was coming and I couldn't get reimbursed until the work was done, then scheduled me for a week later to finish the job. And then they seemed to disappear. I couldn't reach em, nor could samsung.



I then called samsung and had them look at the work order, see what parts were needed, and scheduled a much more professional company to come out. Days earlier. With the part. I think samsung will be eliminating them from their contractor list when the contract expires.



I would not hire these folks for anything. Unless you enjoy waiting for them to get around to you and you enjoy talking to walls.
