Completely understaffed and unprofessional ER. 3 hour wait for a 12 yo girl with severe abdominal pain? Not the first bad experience. Should have went to St Lukes!!! Not even a triage!!!

Emergency room is the worst place to go you might not even see a doctor when you go they do the same treatments you been doing at home and your getting charged for this BTW and whats worse is they weren't even sure if a room was clean before admitting a patient into the room (seriously) and if the bed sheet is changed is changed it's considered clean. I wouldn't even give this place a star, I go hoping they have changed but they haven't I will still be driving an hour away for service to a better hospital I am sure not all employees are bad in there and this isn't for a particular employee this is about my experience in the emergency department
