Love, Love, Love This place ! I feel that my dogs are safe and happy when they stay so I have NO worries when I'm away. Also the Daycare is so helpful for my dogs to socialize with other dogs and I get mommy time. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff is. You can see how much they love what they do. I feel that they treat the dogs as if they are their own. Ps. All the private rooms are adorable. CLEAN, SAFE & HAPPY PLACE FOR MY BABIES !!!!! My 2 dogs have been going to Bed & Biscuits for 4 years and will continue.

Better than any Kennel.

I just picked up my 6 month old puppy after leaving him for 10 days at their boarding. As soon as I got there, the woman started yelling at me that he was a bad dog, because he had diarrhea all over the place, and that it's horrible that she had to clean it up. He was lethargic, and as soon as I touched him his skin felt wrong. The woman then said that she had to "take the hose to him" regularly, because of the diarrhea. They had my contact info, and my emergency contact, and never let me know there was a problem. She then said that they switched him to a different food, again without my knowledge.

I rushed my poor pup to the vet. He was so dehydrated that he needed to be given subcutaneous fluids. He also was placed on two meds for the bloody diarrhea. While I was at the vet, the owner of the kennel showed up, not to apologize, but to argue yet again. She told me that she felt no responsibility for the condition of my dog, because he had water available, and that's as far as her responsibility goes. Don't take your dog here.
