I brought in a $300 suit jacket to be dry cleaned and it came out ruined with pockets of air between the layers of fabric. The owner would not even offer a refund, nor compensation for the jacket. He claimed it was a manufacturer defect even though I had this same jacket dry cleaned at other stores before.



I would never take an expensive item here EVER again and I suggest you don't take the risk either. Good luck if you're taking your clothes here.

I had left my garments with confidence and security, however, the female owner of the store miscommunicated information regarding pricing and did not except responsibility in the end. She refused to hand over my garment which was priced at twice the price she quoted. She claimed she made a mistake, but did not take responsibility. The female co-owner began screaming at me claiming it was my fault once her husband arrived. This was an extremely uncomfortable experience and came as a shock to me. If you must go, do not request any special orders such as alterations, send outs, etc. They are extremely unprofessional and unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes. It was a truly unfortunate experience.
