Stay away from this place. They have a unique customer service philosophy: the customer is stupid and will take what we give them. I brought shirts in for cleaning and requested heavy starch. They came back with no starch. I mentioned this the next time I was in and asked that they note in my file I wanted heavy starch. I was assured it was done. It happened again, and again I was assured it was noted. Finally, when it happened a third time, I brought the shirts in to be cleaned and pressed properly. I was told I didn't know how to tell if there was starch on a shirt. Yeah, my sense of touch must have completely failed. They could not have cared less. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place.

I would NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER recommend anyone in their right mind to use this business. They are filthy, dispicable, discourteous, the most unfriendly proprietors I've ever dealt with. I advise everyone to never ever give these people your business!!!!!!!They do not even deserve 1 star....
